Shipping Region

We ship domestically within the United States only, including US territories. We do not ship internationally, and we cannot ship to freight forwarders for international re-shipment.

Rates

• Flat $10 tracked shipping on all orders.
• Free shipping on orders over $300.

Handling Time

Tracking

Lost or Stolen Packages

Non-Returnable Once Shipped

Because our products are research materials whose integrity cannot be verified after leaving our control, all sales are final once an order has shipped. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or ordering errors on the buyer's part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us at support@keystoneaminos.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order ID and clear photos of the packaging and product. Once verified, we will ship a replacement or issue a refund.
